LaLonde hosts the hippest show in Knoxville that features callers and street performers to Rock Stars and Athletes. Rockin' the X @ work is my job and I punch the time clock at 12 noon.  Yeah, that's right......my day starts around noon with the All-Request Feedbag.   Anything earlier is just not a physical possibility for me.  I accept this, my employer has too....finally!  Tune in and get turned on with your X-Rock for lunch.  Anything goes and I'm always good for free swag too.  Let's face it,  you have to work; I have to rock.  This should work out well for you....... and me.
