Position: Morning News Anchor / News Director
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in radio news anchor and delivery. News Director experience preferred but other management experience accepted. Excellent on air and writing skills are a must. Qualified candidates will be versatile enough to work within a successful morning show environment as a full team member. Must be a warm, friendly communicator with a flair for originality and creativity. Able to simultaneously handle multiple tasks, work at a brisk pace and pay close attention to detail.
Summary of duties: Writes, produces and delivers news during the WIKY Morning Show (M-F 5:30 – 10am). Manages a three person news department (scheduling, assignments etc.)
Start date: Immediately
